Fondly known in communities and clinics alike as Dr. Diarrhea, Alfred heals and educates in Western Kenya. 

In a small community outside of Patna, India, children follow Babli's every move as she teaches them the six steps of handwashing. 

Bwacha, 7th grade, is a peer educator for hygiene and sanitation at Mukuyu Basic Middle School in Zambia. He enjoys English and social studies and someday wants to be a lawyer.
