Toolkits

This advocacy toolkit is designed to assist civil society organisations (CSOs), nongovernmental organisations (NGOs), and other advocacy groups or individuals to advocate for the successful implementation of the recommendations of the Integrated Global Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Pneumonia and Diarrhoea (GAPPD) at the national, subnational, and community levels. It also provides information to enable groups to assess opportunities to align GAPPD advocacy with related initiatives in the context of maternal, newborn, and child health including the United Nations Global Strategy for Women’s and Children’s Health, Committing to Child Survival: A Promised Renewed, and the United Nations Commission on Life-Saving Commodities for Women and Children.
